First Look At The OFF WHITE x Nike Air Force 1 Mid In Green!

Despite sadly passing away back in November of 2021, Virgil Abloh continues to be nothing but present in the sneaker world. Since his passing off white and Nike have been releasing sneak peaks of some of his designs that were thought up in the months leading up to his unfortunate demise.

Recently a green coloured air force 1 mid appeared with typical off white details, such as zip-ties, contrasting tabs and profile swooshes. The upcoming pair resembles the ultra-exclusive low-top Air Force 1 pairs that Abloh prepped for both the Brooklyn Museum and Louis Vuitton before passing. Although the latest Off-White Nike's feature some of Abloh’s signature touches, they also don a previously-unseen logo of a candle holder at the lateral heel, an “OFF” in Virgil’s handwriting on the right heel, and a graffiti-style “AIR” at the tongue. The shoes’ morphed sole unit exposes a Air Max unit, building on the thought process behind the original “The Ten” collection that debuted in 2017.

At the time of writing, little is known about this green Air Force 1. It could be an early sample or friends and family only pair, both of which would explain its vast difference from the other colourways we've seen. It also could be a part of a much larger release set – Abloh once made 50 Dunks, after all! We'll be sure to keep you updated as soon as more info is made available.
