Just as the hype around the Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 'Reverse Mocha', begins to die down, we have been hit with news of yet another collab between the superstars that are Travis Scott and the Jordan brand. Yes that's right Travis Scott is back again releasing sneaker collabs after the success of literally all of his releases but this one could be the best one yet, So lets take a closer look at the Air Jordan 1 Low x Travis Scott 'Black Phantom'.

So as the name suggest the black phantom showcases a stealthy triple black colourway, that sports contrasting white stitched detailing. The uppers will be crafted from a premium looking tumbled leather and supple suede that presents a comfortable yet durable design. The main detail comes in the form of cactus jacks famed reverse swoosh on the lateral sides, with a traditional swoosh on the on the medial sides.

Finer details come in the form of the classic Jordan wings logo in contrasting white stitching on on of the heel panels, with the other heel panel showing a bee in the same contrasting stitching. This is all housed on top of a black midsole that conceals full-length cushioning, making these high-heat kicks comfortable enough for everyday wear, should you be brave enough to rock them! Although the pair are set to release later this year, no official release date has been given, but they are rumoured to release on December 15th, so stay tuned for confirmation.

We all know by now that anything released by Travis Scott is set to be a sell out but this pair hasn't had the usual cactus jack welcome as they seem to have split the sneaker world down the middle. one side of the sneaker world seems to be praising the thought of an all black Travis Scott pair, while others are deeming them as boring and not worth the price tag that will inevitably come with the pair.
